Annual Asbestos Management Plan Notice

 

As required by law, the Tri-Valley School buildings have all been inspected for asbestos.  All asbestos or assumed asbestos has been properly encapsulated as required. 

The AHERA law requires that a visual surveillance of asbestos-containing areas be completed every six months, and a re-inspection conducted every three years as a part of the school asbestos management plan.  The inspection/management for each building is available for public review in each building or at the Unit Office, 410 E. Washington Street, Downs.
